Pelletization is the process through which iron ore fines are transformed into an agglomerated form called “iron ore pellets” suitable for use in an iron-making furnace at a steel mill, such as a blast furnace or electric arc furnace. PELLET PLANT GUN IS USED IN STEEL PLANTS' PELLET SECTIONS. Furnace oil gun is used to light up the furnace where pellets are made. KILN BURNER NOZZLES ARE USED IN KILNS TO SPRAY OIL TO IGNITE AND START THE KILN IN DRI UNIT. OTHER OIL ATOMIZATION NOZZLES ARE USED IN FINE ATOMIZATION OF OIL DROPLETS TO LIGHT UP BURNER.
